Welcome to EZDevelopments' Our Dream Day wedding RSVP web app. By using our App, you agree to the following terms:

2. Use of the App

• You agree to use the App for lawful purposes only.
• The payment method used to pay for the service must be valid and not fraudulent.
• You must not misuse the email system, including spamming guests or using it for unrelated purposes.
• You are solely responsible for the content you and your guests submit. We are not liable for any content that is inaccurate, offensive, or violates any law.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and your guests' information.
• You must not enter any offensive or inappropriate information, including but not limited to the wedding handle, guest names, or any other content submitted through the App.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain offensive, harmful, or potentially damaging words or statements.

4. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
• We are not responsible for errors, disruptions, or security breaches beyond our control.
• We may use third-party tools (e.g., analytics or authentication services) which operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for any damages or data issues arising from these third-party services.

5. Intellectual Property

All content and technology in the App are owned by EZDevelopments. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part without permission. By uploading content (e.g., guest names, emails, messages), you confirm you have the right to do so and grant us a limited license to store and process it for service functionality only.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your service if you violate these Terms or if fraudulent activity is detected.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of The United Kingdom.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the new Terms.

9. Feature Changes and Plan Updates

We reserve the right to modify, limit, or enhance the features available under any plan or tier in the future. Users will be notified in advance of any material changes that affect their current access, and will be provided with upgrade options or alternatives where appropriate.

12. Cancellations and Refunds

We offer a free trial so you can explore the features of Our Dream Day before committing to a paid plan. If you decide to upgrade and later find the service doesn’t meet your needs, we encourage you to reach out — we’ll do our best to resolve any issues or improve your experience.

If you still choose to cancel, we offer a pro-rated refund based on how long you've used the service. Refunds are calculated fairly depending on the time remaining in your current billing cycle.
